Bay Area Mustang Association - Castro Valley, CA Nineteen Mustangs and 30 people made the run from Sonic in Hayward, CA to Sonic in Tracy, CA. A stop was made at a historic old garage on Old Altamont Pass Road. Before reaching the Sonic in Tracy, a quick stop was made a Tracy Ford.
Pierce County Mustang Club - Washington What a great day to celebrate the Mustang in Washington state...lots of sun, perfect cruising weather. So perfect that instead of 20 cars we had 44...club members and others who saw our post and decided to join the cruise. Fun for all. Some of the non-members even joined the club by the end of the day. We started at the Tacoma Mall with a short first leg to LeMay America's Car Museum where we parked on the plaza for a photo op, coffee and donuts. This was followed by a fabulous cruise through NE Tacoma and other communities along the Puget Sound to West Seattle and eventually ending up at Claim Jumpers for lunch. It was a challenge to keep 44 cars reasonably close through stop lights, signs and the winding curves of the waterfront. We even cruised by another local Mustang Club going the other direction on the same route. Amazing to see all of the Mustangs out and about all shined and pretty for the big day. Fabulous day!
South Texas Mustang Club - Mission, TX We would like to thank Access Ford for allowing us to fly the drone and the Coastal Bend Mustang Club for hosting us!

Gail Wise We enjoyed driving our Mustang around Chicagoland on Sunday, April 17. The weather was 75 degrees and sunny so we could drive with the top down. Thus it was easier to wave to the admiring onlookers. (Gail is the owner of the first Mustang ever sold)

Beautiful day to drop the top on your convertible or roll down the windows and cruise. Click here to see more photos https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10206315438951084&type=1&l=3f6492e744

Tri State Mustang/Ford Club of Greater Cincinnati, OH TSMFC Celebrates National Mustang Day
The Tri-State Mustang/Ford Club of Cincinnati participated in what has been described as the biggest one day driving event in the history of the hobby on Sunday, April 17.
We met at the historic Union Terminal, at one time a major center of railroad traffic but now a popular museum center that includes an OmniMax theater, a library, as well as traveling exhibits. Before departing, we arranged our Mustangs around the entrance to the building for a photo-op.
From there, we caravanned up interstate 75 to the Ford Transmission Plant in Sharonville. We paused there for a few minutes to reorganize and to get group picture. Our next stop was the site of our 36th annual show - Summit Park, in the suburb of Blue Ash. The members were given a brief summary of the show layout and parking.
Our final destination was the Lebanon Ford dealership, one of the major sponsors of our show. The dealership has been a friend of TSMFC for a number of years and is now one of the major performance Ford dealers in the state. Charlie Watson, the Performance Manager, was a gracious host and opened the usually "closed on Sunday" dealership for an impromptu cruise-in. We enjoyed a 52" Sub - to celebrate the 52nd birthday of our beloved Mustangs -, along with Pizza, chips and soft drinks. A decorated birthday cake topped off our picnic.
Having a National Mustang Day was a great idea. We hope it perseveres for many years to come! -Article by Darwin Carmichael, Tri-State Mustang/Ford Club President
